School Musical

This year’s school musical will be the ever popular ‘Grease’ and will be performed in the Premier Hall on Thursday, the 4th, Friday the 5th and Saturday the 6th of December. Auditions for the lead roles are currently underway and we look forward once again to what should be an extremely entertaining show.

First Year Leagues

The first year hurling leagues commenced two weeks ago and will continue to run this week during lunch times at the Railway Field. The league pits teams from the different class groups against each other and is a great way to provide game time to as many pupils as possible.

Junior Cert Results

Congratulations to all of our transition year and fifth year students who received their Junior Certificate results on Wednesday last. The dedication and hard work that they applied to their studies were duly rewarded last week when they received their results. Well done to all.

Harty Cup

Our senior hurlers were in action last Thursday when they took on Midleton C.B.S. in a worthwhile challenge match. Their first group game will see them play St. Flannan’s on Wednesday, October the first.

First Year Hurling

Our first year hurlers played Cashel last Friday in a useful practice match.








On Tuesday last , September the 9th , our Transition Year students paid a visit to the University of Limerick Activity Centre in Killaloe. Students partook in a wide variety of both land and water based activities which included canoeing, kayaking, orienteering, archery and the ‘high ropes’ obstacle course. Thankfully the weather stayed fine and a great time was had by all.
